Tablelands Community Support (TCS) is able to offer older people, people living with a disability and their families a range of services to give you a hand to take care of yourself or your loved one while maintaining your independence by continuing to live at home. TCS staff can provide you with a range of different types of assistance in your home, such as Domestic Assistance, a hand getting meals ready, even minor Home Maintenance, or Social Support to help you get out and about with the help of a care worker to assist with shopping, banking, going to the chemist or attending medical appointments. Tablelands Community Transport (TCT) staff can also provide access to transport assistance that will help you in you in day to day life.

What is Bundarra Neighbour Aid?
Bundarra Neighbour Aid Service (BNAS) is a community organisation providing support to you if you are frail, aged or have a disability, or if you care for someone who does. So you can live independently in your community, in your own home. This service covers the Bundarra area.
What Can Bundarra Neighbour Aid Offer Me?
- Day Centre to make new friends or meet up with old ones.
- Meals on Wheels for home delivered nutritious meals.
- Home Handyman Service to help keep your yard looking good.
- Local (Bundarra) transport to attend the Day Centre, visit the health clinic or Dr.
- Transport to other centers for your business, medial or social appointments.
Day Centre: is available for you every Tuesday from 10am to 2pm at the Bundarra Commercial Hotel. Activities include craft, games, puzzles, trivia & outings.
Meals On Wheels: you can choose to receive meals from Monday to Friday from either the Commercial Hotel or the Aged Care Centre. Your meal will be delivered around 12md by volunteer drivers.
Home Handyman Service: is available to assist you with your yard & minor home maintenance for example mowing, trimming, rubbish removal, window cleaning, small carpentry jobs.
Transport: is available to you & your carer traveling with you to medical appointments, shopping & business as well as recreational outings. Destinations are Bundarra, Inverell, Uralla, Armidale & Tamworth.
